The Happy Woofer, specialize in small to medium breeds. Some of our favorite terriers are the West Highland White Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Boston Terrier and the Miniature Pinscher. In the working class, we have the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Bassett Hound and the Shetland Sheepdog; also known as the Sheltie.

We are a family breeder of AKC Basset Hounds with both American and European Bassets. Our bassets are raised in our home among our family with the ability to go back and forth between our home and their doggie condo. Parents have passed both health and genetic testing.
My wife and I started this hobby about 33 years ago and now that we have retired it has turn into a full time Job. I think it’s more likely we are just getting older. We will only have two or three litters a year, so what we don’t have is a lot of dogs or puppies. What we do have is Great Quality pups with very, very good Pedigrees
